Wilsons Security is pleased to announce three new additions to our team.

As Atlantic Canada’s largest independent residential and commercial security company Wilsons Security continues to grow our team of experienced security professionals to effectively serve our residential and commercial customers. We would like to welcome three new members to our team.

Fabian Mondaca comes to Wilsons Security with over 20 years’ experience in Security, Home Automation, Project Management and Sales & Service. Prior to joining the Wilsons Security team in Halifax, Fabian worked as a lead service technician with a global security provider in Atlantic Canada. Having moved with his family from Ontario in 2013, Fabian has found it an easy process embracing the East Coast lifestyle.

Fabian has developed a niche skill set through his international experience and applies a combination of commitment and common sense to his clients’ needs when designing, installing and servicing security and home automation integrations.

Based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Matt LeBlanc has been working in electronics for over 20 years. He started in manufacturing, working on products ranging from high power magnetics to RF broadcast equipment.  Within 10 years Matt became a Hardware Test Engineer, prototyping and testing industrial computer systems and peripherals for a world leader in lottery and gaming equipment.  For the next decade or so Matt worked within the  cabling industry, providing low-voltage cabling solutions to both residential and light commercial clients.

Matt is a family man.  He has been married for 18 years and has 3 children. A vintage Japanese car enthusiast and amateur musician who loves camping and spending time in the great outdoors, Matt lives life to the fullest, on and off the job.

Dean Léonard got his start in the industry In 1998 in Montreal, Québec where he and his brother started cabling server and telephone rooms. in the 1990`s Dean founded a company  that sold television services by microwave and coordinated the installations.  He also opened up a nightclub called The Pump Dining and Dancing.  In 2005 Dean moved to Moncton. The following year, he opened Third Eye Security, offering security solutions for both residential and commercial customers in Moncton and surrounding areas.

Third Eye was acquired by Wilsons Security in January 2018.  Today, Dean is Wilsons Security’s Security Solutions Consultant for the Moncton area.
